Row 2: 1ch, 1dc/sc in 1st dc/sc below, * 1BPtr/dc over 1st tr/dc, 5tr/dc in space of 2ch, 1BPtr/dc over next tr/dc, skip 2dc/sc, 1dc/sc in 3rd and 4th st; rep from*, 1BPtr/dc over 1st tr/dc, 5tr/dc in space of 2ch, 1BPtr/dc over next tr/dc, 1dc/sc in last dc/sc, turn.
Row 3: 2ch, * 1FPtr/dc over BPtr/dc below, 2tr/dc in each of the next 5tr/dc, 1FPtr/dc over next BPtr/dc ; rep from*, 1tr/dc in dc/sc, turn.
Row 4: 1ch, 1dc/sc in tr/dc below, skip FPtr/dc, * 1dc/sc in back loop only of each of the next 10tr/dc below, skip 2FBtr/dc; rep from*, 10 dc/sc in back loop only, 1dc/sc in 2nd ch, turn.
Row 5: 4ch, FPd.tr/tr ( yarn over the hook 2 times, insert your hook from front to back and from back to front over FPtr/dc, yarn over hook and draw through ( 4 loops on the hook), yarn over and draw yarn through the first 2 loops on your hook (4 loops remain on your hook), repeat the preceding step two more times until you have only 1 loop left on the hook, skip 3dc/sc below.

Row 8: 1ch, work 1dc/sc in back loops only of tr/dc (skip all FPtr/dc stitches), at the end of the row work 1dc/sc in 3rd ch, turn.
Row 9: 1ch, 1dc/sc in back loop only of each of the next 3dc/sc below, * work 1 FPd.tr/tr over 2nd FPtr/dc, 2ch, 1FPd.tr/tr over 1st FPtr/dc, skip 4dc/sc below, 1dc/sc in back loop only of each of the next 6dc/sc below; rep from*, work 1 FPd.tr/tr over 2nd FPtr/dc, 2ch, 1FPd.tr/tr over 1st FPtr/dc, skip 4dc/sc below, 1dc/sc in back loop only of each of the next 3dc/sc below, turn.
Repeat rows 2 - 9 until you have reached your desired length.
Colors & rows: * 1 & 2 – white, 3 & 4 – green, 5 & 6 – white, 7 & 8 – blue *.
